I have ordered for SEAGATE EXPANSION 2 TB DESKTOP EXTERNAL Hard disk, quantity: 2 on 14 Oct, 2014. But i asked to Snapdeal to cancel my order within 4 hours, instead of cancelling my order, they said not to receive the order then it will be auto cancelled. Order delivered to somebody else in my PG in my absence without informing me. After 4 days i came to know about delivery of my order. When i asked to Snapdeal executive, first they decline but later on be agree to return the product. i returned both hard disks without opening their package but i get the amount back of single hard disk on 3 Nov, 2014. I am following up for the amount of second hard disk since 3 Nov, 2014 on call and also sent so many mails to Snapdeal but did not get any satisfactory answer or resolution. Please help.

I want my hard disk price 5763 rupees back asap. Also want the penalty of mental harasment i am facing more than 3 months.
