I have a complaint regarding an order no – 3784413487 on 1st December for a belt from manufacturers Nytro there was an offer for which i ordered and same was cancelled after a week from the dealer with out any proper justification. Then i ordered another belt from same dealer and that also was cancelled on 12th Dec with no reasons from dealer and the amount of 329 INR was credit to SnapDeal wallet. As my money was struck with snap deal i had to place another order then i ordered a tee shirt from Amswan Watertown on snap deal (order no 4166688489) on 27 December and the order is still not shipped and on calling the snap deal customer care i always get a response that the are taking the complaint and the order will be delivered in 48 hours. I have wasted a lot of time and money in calling snap deal and spent same amount as of the order in calls (which are charged) heavily. I request the consumer court to take strict action such pathetic online service who dupe the customers.

I should get all the money and physical strength i have spent….I want them to suffer as the customer suffer because of their incompetence…Full damages recovered and they should reimburse everything Contact Details Arun Valandi 9964205xxx
