I had booked the order with snapdeal order number is 4089401401 on 21st DEC and was supposed to get on 26th DEC, but when i did not receive my order i called them to cancel the order on which they refused to cancel. since then i am not getting my order or the amount that i have paid through credit card. i had talked to Dinesh Pandey and Asmi for the concern. i was kept on hold for 2 hours when i had called their charegable number

want cancellation of the product, amount to be refunded and also the compensation for the calls i made and paid the bill for and also the harassment i had to go through by calling them again and again
