Vodafone – Wrong Billing unknown downloads

I have a postpaid plan of Vodafone Red 666, which includes 1.5 GB of 3G data and after consumption of that 1.5 GB 3G data, it turns into unlimited 2G data for that billing period. For the billing cycle of Nov-Dec 2014, I had con consumed complete 1.5 GB 3G data itself but still Vodafone has charged me Rs 967 against download. When I had complained for the same to customer care and mailed them they replied that I had downloaded chargeable downloads and provided me a list of unknown downloads which I had now even downloaded or seen anywhere. Now they are saying that those charges are correct and made me to pay complete bill for this billing cycle. I request you to please help me to get proper information and take a strong step against Vodafone. This kind of false billing is done by Vodafone to many people. Please help.

I want to you to take strong steps against Vodafone and by extra payment to be adjusted to next bill cycle. And a clarification and statement that this kind of thing never happens in future.
