SnapDeal Payment Gateway Deducted money, Transaction Unsuccessful Message

I ordered one fan from snapdeal on 23rrd Oct, payment was successful as per bank message but soon after snapdeal sent me message for unsuccessful payment and to try again and if money is debited it will be refunded. On 24th I wrote to them. I never got any further mail or order booking confirmation from them. They sent me a mail saying that money will be refunded in 5-7 working days and confirmed that payment was unsuccessful. My complain ticket number: #10875111. I again purchased another fan on 24th Oct believing that I will get my money back as per snapdeal. Then I contacted my bank for my money refund for the failed payment done on 23rd Oct and they said to wait for 7 days and still money was not refunded. I again wrote to bank and they sent complain which again took 7 days and found that money was debited successfully on same date 23rd Oct. Soon after that I wrote to snapdeal and found that my snapdeal account was automatically updated without my knowledge on the same date as 23rd. How can they do it when they clearly mentioned that order was not booked due to failed transaction and for which I raised a complain the next day. I never got any mail and sms. As per snapdeal your order is successfully placed only when you receive a confirmation mail or sms soon after your payment and in my case I had never received. On 27th Oct I got one message from snapdeal that for the first time mentioned this order number booking. I never placed any order on 27th Oct. They manipulated my snapdeal account and the account never had this order mentioned on 23rd Oct but soon after 27th Oct I saw these changes and an order against 23rd Oct. If they have to be believed then why I got message on 27th that is 5 days after. That means they processed it on 27th without my consent. I was unaware and didn’t take action they even changed the order status on my snapdeal account. Something is highly manipulative. To my shock no one from snapdeal has taken this issue into consideration.

I want justice. I want my money back for the fan that they have ordered on 23rd Oct without any confirmation and also I want my fan that I have paid for on 24th Oct. Rather if possible I want my complete money back that is 11000/- In addition I demand 5000 more for the harrassment and std bills. The 15 days gap has put me in severe financial crisis. I am a social Entrepreneur supporting 35 tribal women in the interiors of Odisha on my own.The disturbance has caused enough damage to me.
