SnapDeal Postponing Delivery for over a Month Now

I have ordered (order# 3823746973) the said mobile – “Spice Android One Dream UNO Mi-498 Black” on 4th December. Scheduled delivery date of the product was then mentioned was 10th Dec. It was not delivered on 10th and when I complained, the delivery date has been revised to 16th Dec. I have still not received the shipment. Now they have further revised the date to 22nd Dec. Moreover, there is no communication what so ever from neither Snapdeal nor the courier RED Express. Courier guys are not contactable. Snapdeal customer care keep on repeating the same line – “we have escalated your complaint one level up” – but to no avail.

1) I want the shipment to be delivered with immediate effect. 2) RED Expressed should be banned to do business. 3) Apology letter from Snapdeal. 4) Any sort of compensation.
