My order no. is 1597296345 I had ordered a pair of lee cooper formal shoes on 12-01-2014, the estimated shipping date was 15-01-2014 but until now the product has not been shipped. After calling on their customer care I’ve been told that they are not getting response from their own back-end team. They are ready to offer refund but I do not want a refund, I want the product anyhow.

I wasted 2 weeks of my time following up with these people already.
