SnapDeal – product not received dealy refund

I placed order (2033321796)for air cooler and epilator..among which air cooler was not delivered on time specified..on May 1 received SMS that within 48hrs my product will be delivered but it was not happened,,it was delivered on May 8 but that too was damaged product and water was getting leaked..I registered a complaint by phone on the same day they told me mail the images and I did so..they promised to take it back within 48hrs but they failed to do so..I was keep on calling and asking they told me to wait but it is getting delayed again and again…till now (May 15) the product was not taken back and no action was taken on their side.. every time I am calling and and asking they ask me to wait but they are not doing almost I spent 250RS for calling them or the courier people to find about the status of the material… after making payment also I suffered a lot (not able to use the product I received,no updates were given during the delay in dispatching and further more delay is happening to pickup the damaged product from me). I totally stressed and wasted my time and energy by talking to them..beyond bearing the pain I couldn’t get the result…

As a relief I want them to replace the product or to refund the amount paid..since it was an installment through bank they said if any due is paid it will not be refunded…I need them to refund my full money or replace the new product of my interest… as a compensation for the loss of my money, time and energy they need to pay me..
