SnapDeal – Product remains un-delivered

I have ordered memory card on 14th Jan 2015, as per delivery timeline it should have been delivered by 19th Jan 2015. As of today, 27th Jan 2015, product remains un-delivered. I have raised many concerns over the telephone, even asked from cancellation but nothing is done. I have not received any response/resolution from snapdeal, except from automated emails with resolution timeline of 48 hours. Payment has already been paid by credit card in advance. Have to compromise on phone’s functionality. Because of missing memory card, I am not able to use GPS navigation on phone, which has been a torture, when I have already paid for it.
