I had received a faulty product and asked them to return it and refund my money back. I have sent them the product back and called them atleast 10 times and everytime the response is ‘you will get a call within 48 hours for the resolution’ this is for atleast past 15 days. they don’t even dare to reply in the e-mail. the complaint numbers are: request #3375178,#3407109,#3375142 order number 1282914710 pickup receipt for reverse pickup is : 11124855875

they are cheating on people and I saw it in a public site Facebook where people have posted such things about snapdeal. I would like my money to be refunded ASAP.
