SnapDeal – received damaged product not received any response

dear sir, i was received damaged product. And complain already done. My name is kishan mehta. My order is maharaja whiteline mixer grinder. The product was damaged. And already sent snapshots of damaged product. I was sent mail for REFUND and CANCELLATION OF ORDER. Team accepted my term. And sent me mail for reverse pickup arrangment in 4 working days on 13-january-2014. Till today (22-january-2014), i have not received any response from snapdeal team. I was called and also mailed for SOLUTION of my problem by TWO (2) manner as following. EITHER 1) refund my amount rs.1863 within 5 working days. OR 2) I will take legal action with consumer forum OR other. ALTHOUGH THIS, No Response from snapdeal team. Kindly reffer my problem. AND SOLVE my problem as quick as fast. Thanks.

i want only totally refund my paid amount. Plus more expenses made to solve this problem by me worth rs. 200+.
