SnapDeal – Received faulty product no warranty card

I placed order on 07Aug for CASIO wrist watch, amounting 1700 (approx.) received a faulty product, damaged warranty card, & I initiated replacement as it was a Birthday gift. After 20-23 days they have cancelled my order stating that they don’t have the product available, however till today its available on their website. I am in contract with Snapdeal (online shopping site), not particular seller, its their responsibility to arrange the product from different seller and absorb any hike in price themselves, which they solely failed to do

I want the same product to be delivered in the same cost I purchased and a token of compensation amounting 500INR
