Dear Sir /maam, My name is Arun Kumar Ojha, I have newly purchased a 190 LTR Refrigerator through Snapdeal and it was deliver to me on 4th of July. After 3-4 days i have found out that there some problem in door and it is not properly door shut. Then i made a call to your costumer care center and informed them regarding the problem then after your technician has visited and checked the fridge and they suggest me your door will be replaced and it will done with in a week. After one week i havent get any call from the service center regarding door replacement. Then i have checked with the service center with again for update but they did not have any update regarding the door change. I have asked when my problem will be shorted out, then they advised our engineer will talk to you with in 48 hours but so far i havent received any call from them. I have called so many time to the service center but they are putting my call on wait and no one is replying me properly. i am still keep patience and keep on following up with every one so my problem can be solve soon. Please take earliest steps.
