SnapDeal – Refund

Sir/Madam, I have placed an order with www.snapdeal.com for a pair of blue Roony Splendid Navy Blue Loafers on 2013-08-06,time: 22:09:28,order no:1165545880. When I received the product,it was not of the specification,the color was different.The courier company that delivered the product refused to take the product back. I returned the product via the courier company on my expense,but haven’t received any refund of any kind from www.snapdeal.com I haven’t received the replacement product,nor the amount I paid for the return courier.The customer service of www.snapdeal.com were misleading and least helpful. I request you to take adequate actions.

Complete refund of the cash-Cash I have paid for the shoes,Cash I have paid for the return courier and adequate compensation for the emotional strain , loss of time and money.
