I ordered a product [Order No 2232819973] last month 8th June and received the product in damage form. I immediately called the customer care regarding this and as per there suggestion sent a mail with damaged product picks. Customer Care assured me that this product will be return and picked up in 48hrs. The frustrating part of this story is this product still not picked even after more then 1 MONTHS where Snap Deal having so called return policy of 7days. I called up Customer Care multiple times but all wane, I escalated to this to their supervisor he also promised the same text of 48 hrs delivery. I have been calling in regular basis but they not even bothered to return this product. This is really frustrating and pathetic. Can you please register a complain and take step for the necessary action against this fraud.
this product cast was 3500 rs, I called up the customer care multiple times with long discuss with thier executive explaing the issue is really pathetic.
