Hi, I ordered SnapDeal for a 3d badsheet on snapdeal on 14/10/2014, after it i got a confirmation that my product will be delivered on 20th Oct-14.but it did not delivered on time. I received this on 29th Oct-2014, meanwhile i refused to receive this and requested to return my money back because i had purchased this from market. I called snap deal many time but they are not helping me. They said that one i will return the product they will initiate the NEFT or return my money. I have done the same or return the product, still they are not returning my product. Item No. 4321580129 AWB no.EQ138462654IN

I want my money return back at the earliest as i have already returned the product and i have made the payment of this product through credit card. If they will not return this product then i have to make payment to credit card company otherwise they will levied penalty. Second snap deal is providing very bad services, it seems they are fraud. They don’t want to return customer money.they always try to avoid customer query, make customer frustrate.
