SnapDeal Reverse Pick-up Review

I had ordered a SONY -WX GT 88UI-in car CD PLAYER. Order NO-3681415986. Your services person Abhishek(Java Courier) person had already pick the default product on Monday,8 dec at 12 noon.ON Tuesday we got a called from your side that give us your tracking no to track your product(TRACKING NO-45199479) on that conversation we have mention him to update us what process is going on???

But Still we haven’t get any single call or mail from your side. Today i have call on your snap deal customer care ,Sushmita picked the call and informed us that they didn’t get the product. Please tell us what is your timing to deliver the new product us .

We got this default product on 29 November ,Today is 11 Dec what is your services customers get?????????? At last i want a new product with good service and don’t make this harassment again. Meanwhile update us with call and mail everyday till i get my new product. I had enclosed tracking No (given by you)
