Snapdeal – Seller unable complete order

I ordered two products from snapdeal on 16.07.14 with order number 2444933355 for which I paid online Rs.895 through net banking. One product was delivered successfully but the other one was delayed as the seller was unable to complete the order, citing this I requested to snapdeal to cancel the order and process the refund of Rs.743. They initiated the refund and assured that the amount will be credited back within 5-7 working days on 20th july. Till date I have not received any amount. Snapdeal also asked me to send bank statement which I had send instantly for their perusal but still my money is unpaid till date outstanding.

I called their customer care number which is always busy so could not contact any customer representative verbally over telephone. snapdeal never ever showed accountability from their end. No body ever tried to contact me over phone and apprise me about the delay in refund. I was the one always to contact them and ask for an update.
