SnapDeal Shipped Lenovo Mobile SmartPhone HandSet

Please help me in replacing my cell phone (lenovo K900) which i shopped from online website www. snapdeal.com. The handset i recd is faulted(2g not working, battery problem and automatic restarts). Same is communicated to snapdeal customer care execute but issue remains same. Finally the sent me mail for reverse pickup (on 9th of may 2014)in which they pick my phone via their courier services and replaced it. After so many reminder mails and call they did not reverse pickup my handset and i am facing so much trouble in this. Every time i called on their customer care executive the told me that they will replaced handset soon but in actually they didn’t.

Handset re-starts automatically which in turns creates problem for me when i have to make some urgent calls. Battery always shows 99%(for full day)or any constant numeric figure and suddenly after using it few hours it shows battery low and gets switch off. At that time i did not make any call/sms and looks for charging immediately which in turn make chaos while traveling and at office. Not able to use 2g services. Same issue has been checked by lenovo care center but the end no resolution and problem remains same.

Please help as i am not getting any actionable support from snanpdeal and i am using faulted handset till i received it. I do not want to use any handset from snapdeal.com and wants my money back. Kindly help me in getting my payment reimburse. They cost me around 21 thousand rupees which i want back by submitting their product(handset) back.
