SnapDeal Shipped Wrong Product – Review

I have contacted snapdeal.com regarding the wrong product delivery but they are paying no heed to my request to return the product and refund my money. The policy of snapdeal.com says the consumer is liable to return the product if they are not satisfied with the quality of the product, but they are simply denying it. I would appreciate if you could help me to get back my money.I purchased a pressure cooker and a blanket. I would appreciate if they return my money back.
