I order SnapDeal room heater on 21 dec. 2014(ORDER NO. : 4085670254 , Order Placed On : 2014-12-21 08:27:32, Est. Shipping Date: Dec 25, 2014) they are giving me the shipping date in 25 dec.2014 but still I can’t get my product and while call customer care they are only raise request to their logistic department , I regularly call them for canceled the order but they are not giving me response . now I want my money back. But still the order status is processing.
