Snapdeal Shopping – Damage Product Received

I ordered a symphony cooler from snapdeal on 23 sep 2014 and paid 5197/ by using online banking. Delivery date was 29 sep 2014 but till now it hasn’t been delivered. They have registered my complain and given me two complaint no ( 9821640/9773985). My order no is 2911057284. Apart from the generated complain no they are not doing anything. From the last 6 days they have not even responded to my mail. Tracking id for the product is also showing the same information as it was showing 5 days ago. Please help me out.
