sir i order one product on the name of my friend sanjay makawana i received the product on the date of 14th July on same day i registered a complaint that i received damage product they said the reverse pickup is generated within 48 hrs my damage piece should be collected. But to till date i cannot get any resolution. i call snap deal customer care every day they said we will take this on priority but no resolution is provided.
physical damage to the product and economic damage i call on the customer care which is chargeable no.
replace the product or refund my money give the mobile expenses which i have done on calling customer care
