Sir, I am inform to you that on 21st’Feb’2016 the order NO.- 11899946556- for the item- Hotsun105 double burner LPG gas stove and amount of Rs. 999/-. And already I am informed the snapdeal.com , customer care that on 27th Feb’ 16 the received item- Surya double burner LPG gas stove, through the vulcan surface courier was wrong item and same day query raised and contacted to the customer care. on 28th Feb’ 16 for the above item refund request process by me. That sir, You are requested to may kindly pick up the wrong item from your any courier partner and refund the order amount of Rs.999/- to my bank account only. This is for favour of information only.

I received the wrong item. And I want the full amount refund to my bank account. Kindly refund the amount of Rs.999/- to my bank account.
