Amazon India Order Cancellation is Shady Practice

Amazon Contact Number is: 180030 009009 On 1st March, I had got a good deal on Amazon India where they selling the “Denon DSB100 Envaya Mini White” (Bluetooth Speaker) – Sold by KEI Hi-Fi (Santacruz Mumbai) Storefront at discounted price. I successfully placed the order and informed all the family members about good deal given by Amazon. But on 4th March, my order has been cancelled by Amazon due to a pricing error. Even requesting them to deliver the order on agreed price, they refused to deliver the above said item. I had also reminded them that The State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission has fined online shopping website in similar case they are not ready to deliver the goods. (email communication enclosed). I would request to direct Amazon the deliver my order.

My family members are looking forward to receive and use Denon DSB100 Envaya Mini White Bluetooth Speaker. Amazon should arrange the product delivery in good condition. My first preference is Amazon should deliver the Denon DSB100 Envaya Mini White Bluetooth Speaker, otherwise give me payment of Rs. 10,000 to buy the same from market
