Reliance GSM Pre-Paid Mobile Balance Deduction

Dear Team, I have a number of concerns that I’d like to bring to your attention, so please go ahead solving them one by one(it will take time). Firstly, I have been experiencing difficulty making calls. I work in Gurgaon cybercity and my phone just never seems to be connected to the network(nothing is wrong with my device) I get prompts such as “not registered on network”. That’s just one, I need to make a call when I’m reaching home…that never seems to connect at one go.

Secondly, I have been making calls to report to you that my balance has been unfairly deducted(Rs 190). Let me walk you through my joyful journey with you guys in the last couple of days. Before that, let me tell you I have been making data recharges over the past months, this month I chose Rs. 247 plan that has 1 GB 3G data with 100 minutes of talktime. Now, I ran out of internet on 28th Feb, and had main balance of Rs. 190 at that time. I couldn’t connect to the internet whatsoever…I made a call at 9:31 pm on 29th Feb. Next morning, (1st March) I notice that I have zero balance in my account. So, like anybody would, I made a call to customer care using *333 and spoke to your executive, who told me that there was some system error that he can’t access anything related to it. I spent a great deal of time trying to connect…but what do I say, the call was so clear(I’m being sarcastic…the call was chaotic…all I understood/heard was that the executive couldn’t see any deduction…was also talking about some 47 rupees….i couldn’t follow and I dropped that call). Frustrated of trying, I thought I’d try next day… On 2nd March, I tried 5 times, only then could I reach an executive. Amazing things followed, it took me about 25 minutes to convince the executive and the senior executive of my problem(and I failed and dropped the call again) Today is my last try at trying to make my point. By now, you must be tired of my on-going saga but believe me I am not enjoying it. Now, about the conversation I had with the executive included, me asking when and where did that money go. The answer from the executive was “ma’am you only had promo balance of 100 rupees which was from the talk-time that you get with your plan”. Then he asked me tell me when was the last time you ever recharged your phone(because I only make internet recharges of Rs. 197). What do you think I am? I don’t note my expenses like that…I don’t remember when exactly I recharged my phone. Apparently, the executive can check data from only previous day(24 hour) then he tells me mam you should have called and reported within 1 day of deduction…I tried to convince them that I did try but there was bad connection and system error. They made sad sounds as if there were more helpless than I was, making me angrier by every passing minute.
