Dear Sir, with due respect i would like to bring to your kind notice that i had ported my number 980XXX1267 from aircel to reliance on the 10th of december and the no. got ported on 23rd, initially being delayed as it usually takes about 7 days to port, biut the no. was not not working then also. that time also the calls were getting disconnected after a second or two. Thereby i further called up the customer care no. at *333 at 24th of february, after which i was given a complaint no.243322687, assuring me that reliance is having some network issues and so it would take around 24 hrs for the same to be fine., but to no avail. Therefore, i again called up the customer care no. on the 25th of february the complaint no. being the same and they said that my compalint is under process and that would take another 24 hrs, but again nothing was done. Again , i called up the customer care on the 2nd of march, a new complaint no. was given i.e. 243615888, thereby saying that my request has again been registered and that it would take another 24 hrs as the system is low. After geeting no relief , i agian send a mail to the reliance communication helpdesk centre , anmd i has received a call after that again saying that they are having some network issues and that the problem wopuld be solved in a very short time. Till date the condition of their network did not improve which is making me face many difficulties.
