Kindly find attached the photos of the Damaged Chest of Drawers sent by you. More than disappointment ; it is utter frustration that I as an customer have been put through.Let me run through this in detail.
I had ordered this product a few months back and made to wait only to be told that the product was cancelled due to some delivery issues. I waited for a good 1 month. Payment was made at the time of placing the order. My card was swiped for the said amount and I had opted for an EMI Option . With this cancellation ; I had to go through unncessary hazzle of calling Citibank and informing them of this issue and requesting them to waive whatever Interest charges were levied. Your Snapdeal customer service was of absolutely No help.
I order this product AGAIN after confirmation from your Customer support team. Pay in advance . Made to wait. And this time I receive a damaged product. The damages are as follows
Firstly the quality of wood is beyond belief. ( Im a interior designer myself; so I know). Burls on wood are probably the cheapest and the worst type to be used.
Handle is broken
Two of the handles are damaged ( Not broken)
Scraped on one side
Wood is cracked on the top right corner ( Just above the damaged handle) – This will obviously happen only if you use low quality wood.
I regret to say but I will be CC ing a copy of this to Consumer cell because Im frustrated with this utter act of what you call as service. I demand a COMPENSATION and a refund for this . I cannot wait for a replacement unless u can ship it in a week.
