Sir, I have applied duplicate micro sim (9633030041) at Airtel attingal office on 11/08/2014. Now it is almost 5 days form the date of my request and their is no response from your office. I have contact your office in person and over phone in several times , but the responds from the staff at the office is indifferent and arrogant. So do needful at the earliest. Otherwise i will be compelled to port sim to any other mobile service provider. And it is necessary guidance to your attingal office staff at for a better behavior with customer Thanks and regards Chandrababu
