I used ICICI Coral silver debit card 2 months ago and I used to receive 1400 payback points per month on an average. That card gives 2 points per every 200 rupees spent. Then 2 months ago I upgraded my normal debit card to coral debit card which should give 6 points per every 200 rupees spent. Mathematically, points I earn should double at least. Instead there was a sharp decline to just 102 payback points last month. I have not reduced my card usage and spent just enough money for which I should be receiving at least 2000 points. To add to all of this, I made international transactions of about Rs. 15000 during that month. Coral debit card should give 10 payback points for every 200 rupees spent. this left me so frustated and unsatisfied with ICICI bank.
