I purchased mini salai machine from Naaptol online shopping company and thereafter machine found defective. I booked my compliant to the concerned company as well as you earlier. The Company responded me after a gap of long period with a description to return the product back to us. I returned the product through Courier “which they shown” to them but after a lapse of month they did not respond and no any information regarding the product is at present to me. I ‘m disconcert whether they will return a product back to me or not. Please help me in this regard. (Product No.9483051)
