I book a water filter from snapdeal on 26th of July the parcel was been given to FedEx Bangalore branch on 28th and was to be delivered on 30 but still no response and when contacted on Monday with customer care team and on Wednesday with bhiwandi branch got to know they contacted me twice on 30 and 31 but I didn’t received any call and now they are replying as the parcel is returned but nothing updated in track status AWB NO 781041363072 and when queried for the same no reply given properly by Mr Atul in local office so what should I do the product has not been returned to snapdeal nor delivered plz reply asap
