I have ordered Micromax Canvas Knight cameo A 290 from snapdeal.com by Rs 10,485/-, Because of the product didn’t reach I mailed them, they said that the product could not be reach and the said amount would refund within 7 days ,the amount have not been credited to my a/c even after 9 days. reference A/c no:14260100117831

I have lost amount of Rs.10485 and the valuable time of 1 month. Since the same product not available in that price. As I enquirered There is lot of person suffering from refund problem. for tat they should be penalized with minimum of Rs 50,000 for not to repeat.
