SnapDeal Shopping – No Reverse Pick Up

I am a registered customer on the Snapdeal and this is regarding my latest order (Order ID – 158408 09888). I would like to inform you that I have placed order on Oct. 10 and received the product on Oct. 14, when started using the product I noticed it getting heated up and not satisfied with the product. I reached support team many times (more than 10 times) and they gave me false assurances that someone would pick up the product as per my request and will be refunded in 24 to 48 hours but till date no one has come. Same response every time I called up support team but no one either from the courier company came to collect the product. Finally, Snapdeal has cancelled my request and asked to “Visit nearest service centre”. I really wonder your executive always told me that they were escalating my issue to higher up but who these higher up are and why could not they solved such a small problem. Pl ask someone to get you all the details and confirm me what is the solution from your side.
