Snapdeal Shopping – Product not received – Review

Order Placed on 3rd september’14, after 20 days no confirmation I will receive the material. Every time I call them reply is ” Working on the Issue”. Raised complaint on 16ths September but no solution or refund of money

I paid from Credit card. I have not received the material but I have to pay the amount to settle the bill in the same time I have to buy another pair of shoe for myself. I have to invest double the amount & harassment in following with Snapdeal to get the money back. every time I have to give a call to them with reminder. Its also chargeable.

Want the money refund ASAP & want to penalize Snapdeal for poor service & feedback for the irregular service.
