SnapDeal Shopping – Product Returned, No Refund

I am totally fed up with your service reg return policy. I am having two issue : 1) I have returned one product “vasami cloth material”Order ID: 11696379231 b/c i have received a defective piece but snapdeal QA team rejected . then I requested to customer adviser to pls cancel my order and return my money back,till today i have not received my money. I have called so many times to your customer service but all the time i got same answer that “your case is escalated our team will call u or mail you” but sir till today i have not got any call or mail regarding this matter. 2) I have returned one more item that is “lysha vegetable cutter ” OrderID: 11733944599 for this product i have not received my courier charges till today. i got same answer form snapdeal customer care “our team will contact u with in 48 hours” but till today nothing has come. It so pathetic that more than 15 days are over but not a single step taken by snapdeal.
