Sir, On RS 199 Internet Pack Vodafone Claiming That After 2 GB Use Data Speed Will Be 40 KBPS.I Have Activated This RS 199 Pack On 29/02/2016.But Immediately After 2 GB My Speed Reduced To 0.5-1 KBPS On 04/03/2016.Even Webpage Is Not Opening.On Contacting Customer Care They Informing Me That This Happens.But Why If They Claiming They Will Provide 40 KBPS They Have To Provide That.But No They Refusing And Reduced My Bandwidth To Extreme Minimum.

I Need My Bandwidth/Speed Increased Or My Full Amount Refund.
