Dear Sir, This is to inform you that one product john carry woolen jacket was ordered by me as on SnapDeal Online Shopping 22nd January order number is 4568133128 & tracking number is 718122276 as per your tat the delivery date was given to me 27 january.But I have given call to customer care 4-5 times and also ecom xpress customer care Everytimes I get same reply either way that they are working on it and will be resolved in 12-48 hours. How can anyone need 5+ days to pick up courier which is ready with the seller (if it is)?
On the contrary, it was mentioned that the product is under “SD fulfilled” which means the product will be checked, packed and couriered by snapdeal AND the same will be dispatched within 12 hours. Every time they ask for 48 hours.Now, I’m not only worried about the delivery but also quality of the product.after that i checked the tracking status of said product there the remarks highlighted as “Undelivered (Reason Code : 221 – Consignee Refused To Accept)this is totaly fake status ,as i have not received even a single call by ecom express or snapdeal and then i talk to srinagar ecom express they says that this product will back to snapdeal.when i ask him reason they says that we have received an email from snapdeal not to deliver the said product.So Sir i am very dissatisfied for this service.So please give me the sol why the product is not send to me Thanks, Feroz Khan
