Snapdeal Sold Faulty Gionee Mobile – No Response

Had purchase the gionee S5.5 ( under the order no. 2308195555) on the date of 22nd day of june, 2014, from snapdeal and made all the payment (Rs.20,600) of it, earlier by my credit card only. first they delivered me a faulty product, then I visited to gionee service centre “future zone” at darya ganj, new dehi. where they took my product for replacement and gave me a D.O.A letter n told me to give that letter to company from where I had purchased the phone and I got the another new Gionee S5.5 handset from them(snapdeal).

I contacted snapdeal on the 1st day of july 2014 where they assured me n give me the service of reverse pick up and picked the hard copy of with the help of company’s partner courier co. “J.V Express” on 9th of July 2014, and from that day made so many calls and emailed them but still didn’t get any satisfactory response from them. every time when I called up they said they didn’t get any D.O.A letter from his partner courier Co “J.V express” and When I called up at the office of J.V express they told me that they delivered That letter to snapdeal on 16th of july 2014 to Mr. Avijit who received that letter there at the snapdeal .. They forwarded me the Scan copy of P.O.D(proof of deliver) and the contact no. Of Avijit to me.. and now I delivered all the scan copy of My D.O.A letter, Receipt Of D.O.A got From J.V Express, P.O.D and the contact of that person they still didn’t find it yet.. n keep telling me they put consent on my behalf n they are working on it. It’s been 23 days of my complain but they still give me any satisfactory response, my product/money back. I’m doing there work called up J.V express so many times and tracked my D.O.A and forwarded all the details to snapdeal but they still not in a mood to work on my complain. I’M loosing my hope that ever can I get my money or product back. I lost my money and here have to pay interest of 20,000 monthly to the credit card company.

I shall make the payment of Rs.20,000 to credit card Co.(Standard Charted) with the Monthly intrest of that product which i dont get yet. And dont have handset to use and not in stage to buy another one because have to clear all the payments of credit card which snapdeal withdrawled against that gionee S5.5 from me.
