I bought an ADSL modem From Online Shopping website placing an order (order details : 1083101499 and TP-Link 150Mbps Wireless N ADSL2+ Modem Router (TD-W8951ND)) on 30-Jun-13. I received the Product on 11th of July and found the device faulty. I have immidatly lodgged a complain for the same on 11th of July, 2013. As per the mail replied by the Snapdeal Support Team they will reply with in 48 Hours. After that mail no one has call me or replied over email regarding the problem, only on 12th July they confirm the receipt of the product. on 17th of July, 2013 I have again logged a complain regarding the same product but till date there is no reply from Snap Deal.
