Dear Sir, I am facing an issue with my T Series Ultra-book since the first day i purchased this laptop. The laptop is hanging very frequently while browsing, reading pdf, while working on word document, listening music, etc. Once laptop hangs then I am not able to kill the hanged process and only way is to turn off the power Already at least 7-8 complaints have been lodged by me without any success. I am following up on this issue since more than 2 months. My request was assigned to chaitanya electronics and twice they have taken my laptop for analysis and they have monitored it for 4 days in total. They executed various tools, formatted window, reset bios, etc. but none of this could solve the issue. Then again I raised the new complaint and this time chaitanya electronics sent my laptop to Sony main service center for three days but still issue is not resolved. Now chaitanya electronic guys are not responding in proper manner as they don’t have any solution. After this 6-7 times i have called customer care and explained then the issue but none of them have forwarded my call to any senior person. Also I wrote mail to sonyindia.care 3-4 times and mentioned that I will register a case agaist sony even though no response from there end. I have tried everything from my end but not getting any response. Please help me in this regard. I have all the documents with me. I have all the mails that I have written to Sony and also once 1 recorded the conversation that I had with sony customer care. These are the few complaint numbers 14473167, 14284679, 14472469. Here I have mentioned only 3 but actual number of complaints registered are around 10
Sony people are not able to identify the exact problem. They have only few set of tools which they run to find an issue in laptop. But since a laptop consist thousands of parts so, its not necessary that few tools can find any type of problem in the laptop. I want Sony to either rectify the issue in my laptop or else replace the laptop. Also as this has problem has give me sleepless nights as I am not able to do my work so, I want sony to give 50,000 Rs as compensation amount for all this trouble that they have caused
