Snapdeal Sold Faulty Micromax LED TV

I had ordered the Micromax 32T2820HD 81 Cm HD Ready LED television from Snapdeal online shopping portal …with following details on 12.04.2015 Item code 005577 Order No – 5758038036 Suborder No- 7556178387 I received The TV on 18.04.2015 but I didn’t not check the TV as I had to take the TV for my official use at site. Today on 02.05.2015 I sent the TV to site and to my surprise the TV was damaged from inside . First we thought during transit the TV might have got damaged but when we check the box of the TV then we came to know that the TV was Faulty TV sent by Snapdeal …There was one Material return note sticked on the TV box which said that the TV was returned to Snapdeal by one of its customer and then same faulty TV was sent to me. When I registered my complaint with snapdeal on help@snapdeal.com they replied me that they will not entertain my complaint as the complaint is done after more than 7 days of delivery of the product… I sent them the pictures of the TV and also the note which was stucked on the TV box stating that it was faulty TV.but they are not replying my mails now.

I only want my either my money back @15583 / or snapdeal have to give me the brand new tv in working condition.
