SnapDeal Sold Faulty Seagate Hard disk

Sir, I placed an order on snapdeal for purchase of internal hard drive as per details mentioned below.The product was delivered to me but I cant test the product as I don”t have other parts to do so.After one week after arrival of other computer components I assembled for use and found that the product is faulty and system is detecting it and the hard disk is making sounds as if it is failed disk.I contacted the seagate customer care and they replied that the product is OEM type, so warranty is not applicable from them and I have to contact seller. The snapdeal showed the product with 2 years warranty and never mentioned in the site that the product is OEM.I contacted the snapdeal regarding the issue,but no reply was give until I lodge this complaint.As seagate is not responsible for the hard disk ,it is the snapdeal who is responsible for the warranty that was mentioned in the site.I am herewith submitting the request for favorable action towards my replacement under warranty and necessary action on snapdeal for the faulty products.
