Hi, I have purchased Livpure 8.5 Ltr Touch plus RO Water Purifier worth rupees 13889 from Snapdeal. It has been mentioned on their site that it will be despatched in 2 business days. It took almost 10 days to deliver product at home. Real issue started after that. As per snapdeal it will be installed in 24 Hrs of product delivery. But till date it is not installed. I have contact the person who was allocated for installation Mr. Ajay Bhimanpalli (8237383xxx) many times but he is not turned up for installation and each time he told he will be coming in some time. I tried contacting snapdeal customer care number which is mentioned on their site (9212692xxx) but it is a wrong number. Also I was getting calls form livpure and other dealer that the product purchased from snapdeal is not under warranty and for any installation and repair it will be charged. The product is having 1 year warranty as per snapdeal site. I have send email to snapdeal and they registered my complaint. Complaint Number – 6473661. But till date there is no response form them. I received te product on 30th april. And installation date was 1st may. Livepure is not entertaining any request and saying contact snapdeal.
I already communicated to snapdeal for refund of product within 7 days of product delivery as per their policy. I want to return the product as the service provided to me was very poor and it was a pathetic experience with snapdeal and livpure.
