I have Purchaed Canon PowerShot SX 160 IS 16MP Point and Shoot Digital Camera through Snapdeal.com on line shopping under 100% TrustPlay scheme where in if you are not satisfied with quality you can return the product and get 100% money back. I have launched my complaint the very next on receipt of product for not satisfied with quality. After several mails and phone calls they have turned down my request to refund replace the product on the ground that it falls under electronics category not eligible for refund or replacement. In the sample list of electronics product digital camera is not included neither it has been clarified while accepting my order. In the bill cum receipt they have mentioned 100% TrustPlay money back guarantee without any clarification about electronics category. In fact digital camera is not merely and basically an Electronic product. Most of the consumer product involve some electronic component it looks like a misleading terms to turn down customer right under TrustPlay on such ground. Digital camera has lance and other moving parts for which quality is of more concern. Request to takeup this matter under consumer protection act.

Preferably refund as per TrustPlay terms or replacement of similar product with same or higher price of whatever brand of my choice.
