Mr.Shailesh Shah, owner of ” Swagat Party Plot Besides Raysan Petrol Pump, Near City Pulse Theatre,Gandhinagar Ahmedabad Rd, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, had deal with us to organize marriage ceremony of my sisters marriage at his “Swagat party Plot” at cost of 2,50,000 Rs. which include party plot fare, Catering of 700 persons (Food) and decoration. After all the planning and distribution of invitation card from our side, he cheated us and told not to organize the ceremony unless we gave him more 1,00,000 Rs. We were cornered by him so we gave him extra 1,00,00 Rs. and asked for receipt of total amount that is 3,50,000. But he told us to give cheque of only 57,000 Rs. and all other money demanded in cash only. He never give us receipt even after many time demands from our side. At the time of ceremony (06.12.2013)he did not provide good service, food quality was very bad and and decoration was not of good standard which was decided previously. He threatened us during ceremony to stop the function and blackmail us for more money. He cheated us and we face very bad condition in front of many people.

We require justice. Strict action must be taken over this person who blackmail people during their marriage function and threatened them for illegally asking for more money and cheating them by not providing pre-decided service.
