I had given a online order no.1536518604 on 23 Dec, 2013 for Electrolux 7.2kg ES72USMR Semi Automatic Washing Machine, This was delivered to me on 31 Dec 13 but the washing machine was broken/damaged from two places. I had given complain just after 1hr to customer care with complain no.4539188. Then next day I received a email and company was asking to send some photographs of product. I had send lots of photographs as reply to this email and company had approved these photographs and after approving company had promise me to take return the washing machine within 2 working days. But in between company had send a email to me and offering SDrs500 as compensation or bribe to accept this broken/damaged washing machine. But I didn’t agree with this.Then company told me to courier this machine by me to company but this is not possible to me due to my busy schedule. If I have this much time then no need to shop online. But after my refusal company is sitting calm and company is not replying me anymore whereas I have called or email several time to company. I request you to solve this and ask to SNAPDEAL that dont cheat with customer and ask to take return by self and credit my prepaid amount 7861 to my account immediate or refund me lump sum amount (Approx 2000) in cash to change outer cabinet of this damaged washing machine .
