SnapDeal – Wrong delivery of product

I ordered ‘Dr. Morepen Digital Weighing Scale (DS 08) & Digi Classic Thermometer Combo’ from Snapdeal.com, with order no. 1444139269 on 22nd Nov, 2013. They delivered my order on Mon Nov 25, 2013. Courier boy was in hurry and didn’t wait for me to verify the products. When I opened the courier I got to know that it’s missing the thermometer I ordered. I immediately called the seller, they asked me to contact Snapdeal. I contacted Snapdeal customer care. They registered a case to track this, with ticket#4085186. They offered me a cask of 150SD cash, which I can use only for snapdeal purchase. I rejected the offer. I contacted their customer care at least 5-6 times, but still didn’t get any official stand on this, neither they connect my phone to their concerned department and they are replying on mail emails to them. It’s been 8 days since my issue is pending with them. I have lost so many days in addition to mental frustration and mobile bill for my calls to their customer care.

I want compensation for all the consequences I mentioned.
