SnapDeal – wrong product delivered

Hello, This is Mayur from Mumbai. I have ordered Micromax Canvas Doodle 2 A240 from snapdeal on 27th Dec, 2013, which i paid by my credit card. On 30th Dec 2013 i received a courier with a wrong product delivery (Micromax bolt A67). Same day i raised an complaint with a picture of wrong product, but all in vain. as its almost 12 days and i am not seeing any movements on my complaints. They are just giving false promises every time when i call them.

i want my original requested product at earliest.
