Tata Indicom – recharge plan half credited there was no responce from the company part

As on 09.01.2014 at 1:40:15 PM, we got a message from tata docomo company that ” RC 251 = 450 Rs talktime + 2GB 3G data for 60 Days”. Based on the above message we have done the recharge of Rs 251 on 09.01.2014 at 6:10:26 PM( Tranc ID : 100003429610982), After recharge, the company has credited only Rs.200 instead of Rs.450 as agreed by them by way of communication through Message. After recharging on the same day at 07:07:09 PM the company has sent another message informing us to ignore the Previous message. So Due to which we have incured a loss of Rs.250 as agreed, as far as we know since the company has made an offer and we have accepted the same before rejection of the offer by the company, as per Legal view i.e Contract Act of 1872 , it is breach on part of the “offeror” and the company is defaulted the provision of Contract Act 1872. We have consulted and requested the same to the TATA Docomo company Twice within 24 hours, and there was no responce from the company part. So we request you to kindly take a serious action on the company on the ground of Fooling of customers. As a documentay proof we have a copy of both the message from TATA Docomo company.

i Want the company to credit the amount as mentioned in the offer i.e Rs 450 or let the company pay me the amount which i paid for recharging i.e Rs 250
